Recognizing Distinguished Community Members
An awards program to applaud the outstanding accomplishments of Community members was established in 2004. Community members may nominate themselves or a peer(s) for one of two types of awards: the Distinguished Service Award (DSA) and the Outstanding Professional Award (OPA).
There are two annual cycles. The Fall cycle focuses on the Distinguished Service Award and the Outstanding Professional Award spring cycle is open in the Spring.
Awardees are determined through use of selection rubrics: DSA rubric | OPA rubric.
