In this keynote, Ruth Claire Black, founding Executive Director of Cal State Online, will share current planning for this Initiative, and will detail its mission and vision. Prior to joining the CSU, Ruth was Associate Vice Chancellor at Chapman University and Brandman University where she focused on developing, marketing, and administering online and strategic partnership programs. She has a BA in Political Science from UC Irvine and a JD from Vanderbilt Law School.
