Sponsorship

Your company is invited to be a sponsor of the 16th annual CATS conference. The conference emphasizes technology tools, teaching and learning with technology, the management of academic technology programs, and more. Sponsorship shows your organization's support for the important work done by attendees, who are academic technologists and faculty from the 23 California State University (CSU) campuses as well as other leading universities across the U.S., including:

  • Web developers, instructional designers, graphic designers
  • Media production specialists, videographers, animators
  • Software and hardware support professionals and technicians
  • Systems administrators, programmers
  • Managers and administrators
  • Library & Faculty Development personnel
  • Faculty innovators who integrate technology into their teaching

You are invited to sponsor any or all of the scheduled events:

  • March 22 — one-day, face-to-face, regional meeting at Sonoma State University
  • March 29 — one-day, face-to-face, regional meeting at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo
  • April 5 — one-day, face-to-face, regional meeting at CSU Long Beach

There are several sponsorship opportunities to consider:

  • Presentation — a non-sales-pitch presentation that provides information about products applicable to a higher education teaching and learning problem (45-minute sessions) — includes logo on CATS2013 website and mention in conference materials ($1,150)
  • Co-presentation with CSU academic technologist or faculty (45-minute sessions) — includes logo on CATS2013 website and mention in conference materials ($750) We can help you find a co-presenter.
  • Logo on CATS2013 website, includes mention in conference materials ($350)
  • Lunch and/or coffee service sponsorship — includes logo on website and mention in conference materials (cost depends on food selection and number of participants)
  • Products/other items for giveaways — includes mention in conference materials (cost depends on the quantity and value of products)
