CSU-wide Technology Instructional Pages (TIP) for Students, Faculty, and StaffFred Fuld (CSU East Bay, Concord Campus)
Marion Smith (CSU Dominguez Hills)
This project created TIPs, instructional web pages, that address frequently asked questions that help desk and lab staff answer, such as "How do I copy or import data from Excel to SPSS?" Many TIPs are being developed and it is hoped that CATS will contribute to and use this tool. www.concord.csueastbay.edu/csutips

An Instrument for Assessing Online Facilitation

This project developed a performance-evaluation instrument to guide
online course facilitators to instructional best practices. The
instrument recognizes the four distinct roles that an online course
facilitator assumes, as well as the way the responsibilities shift
during different intervals in an online course. The companion documents
offer suggested use of the instrument, as well as a Facilitator
Activity Record to help document the facilitator’s actions and comments
throughout the course. http://rex.cdl.edu/aof/
